What is Coaching?
Coaching is a powerful, client-centered partnership designed to unlock your full potential and help you achieve professional and life goals. It’s a process of guided self-discovery, where a coach provides tools, strategies, and support to empower you in navigating challenges, gaining clarity, and making meaningful changes in your life.
Who is Coaching for?
Coaching is ideal for people who are ready to work, will stop at nothing to make their dreams a reality, are self aware and looking to get better, are ready to hear the hard feedback that can create pivotal change in your life.
What is our Coaching Methodology?
#Happy coaching starts by building a strong relationship with the client to create a safe space for goal-oriented conversations. Raihana helps clients uncover insights that challenge their perceptions and biases, leading to shifts in energy and behavior. Together, we create action plans and identify resources for personal growth, which clients use between sessions.
Who is Raihana?
For years, I've walked a path that many of you are on today—a path of ambition, transition, and self-discovery. As a proud Muslim, Caribbean-Latina American, and first-generation college graduate, I've navigated worlds that often felt like they weren't built for me. I’ve known what it's like to feel stuck, to feel unseen, and to search for a space where I truly belonged. My mission has become a deeply personal one: to help other women, especially mothers, get unstuck.

My journey began with a passion for helping women navigate life’s biggest shifts. As a Certified Life & Career Coach, I've spent over 15 years guiding women through career changes, relationship evolutions, and the profound work of self-discovery. My time as a health educator, working directly with working mothers, gave me a firsthand look at the unique challenges they face—the juggling, the guilt, and the constant pressure to be everything to everyone.

After earning my MBA and building a successful career as a Global Product Marketing Manager at HP, I thought I had found my footing. But it wasn't until I became a mother myself that my world shifted again. As a Brown, Muslim, Hijabi woman, I saw firsthand how the corporate world often lacked the empathy and understanding that mothers truly need. I struggled to reconcile my professional drive with my new identity, and I realized that countless women were feeling the same way.

That's when the vision for RAA was born. I created RAA as a sanctuary—a place where every working mother is seen, understood, and supported. It’s an inclusive ecosystem built on the belief that you don't have to choose between a thriving career and a fulfilling life as a mother. It's a space where your unique journey is celebrated, and you are given the tools and community you need to not just survive, but to thrive. Welcome to the sanctuary I built for all of us.
